By accessing, registering on, or using the 638club website located at https://638club.com or the 638club mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "Member," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

To register and maintain an account on 638club, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 638club or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 638club Platform for any reason.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. 638club reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 638club. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 638club account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.

You agree to notify 638club immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 638club will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. 638club is entitled to assume that any person accessing your account using your credentials is you or is authorized by you.

You must keep your personal information up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

638club accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day.
• 638club reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

638club is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).

In accordance with anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law, 638club monitors all financial transactions. Any transaction that appears suspicious or inconsistent with your stated profile may be flagged, delayed, or reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to you.

638club offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members upon first deposit. Specific wagering requirements and eligible games are detailed on the Rewards page.
• Cashback Promotions: Periodic cashback offers are credited to qualifying accounts based on net losses during the applicable promotion period.
• Loyalty Rewards: Members accumulate loyalty points through real-money wagering. Points contribute toward tier status and may be redeemed in accordance with the Rewards program rules.

638club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance automatically.

All games available on the 638club Platform — including Golden Bank, Jungle Delight, Monkey King, Prosperity Fortune Tree, Jackpot Fishing, Pearls of Bingo, and all other titles — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including 638club.

Each game has its own specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) rate, and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 638club will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. 638club's decision in such matters is final.

Any winnings resulting from a software error, misconfiguration, or obvious malfunction are void and will not be paid out. 638club reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines to have been affected by a technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 638club Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 638club immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or 638club staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

638club employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Suspected illegal activity will be reported without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the 638club Platform — including but not limited to the 638club name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, images, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 638club or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 638club.
• Use the 638club name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 638club intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 638club.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 638club, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical faults, provided that 638club acts in good faith to resolve such issues.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 638club makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 638club's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

638club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. Balances associated with accounts terminated for fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited in full.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

638club collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 638club from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, 638club's records of game activity shall be the primary source of evidence. In the event of a discrepancy between your records and 638club's server records, 638club's server records shall prevail, except in cases of demonstrable technical error.

638club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
